It is smart to listen to comments from viewers. They voice opinions that many others have. This video was very slow, and that makes it annoying. At some points nothing was being done and the machine operator was just sitting there…… nothing. Yes, good photography / videography is important, but slow action turns viewers away. Thumbs down vote here.
That Lindsey is the best video you have made yet. The drone was awesome. I have been in on a few beaver dam removals and you did a great job. I tell you what back in the day we used use dynamite to get rid of beaver dams. But like a lot of things nowadays you can't do that anymore. At least not without a enormous amount of headache
I've been waiting on this one to see u remove this Beaver damn an that's a BIG a** ditch 😂😂😂 good video an be kareful out there an continue bringing us the good content. 💯💯💪🏾😎
Do you culverts or a bridge would be cheaper? I know a bridge isn’t cheap but 4’ culverts aren’t either. How far back from the creek bank would the bridge footers need to be?
Man I'm not real sure. Either one is gonna be expensive. Too cross it with equipment, culverts might be the only option. Finding a structure strong enough to support the machines weight is gonna be hard to do.
@@smithworx1091 Those creek banks looked pretty soft. I could see an equipment rated bridge being close to 100k by the time it’s all said and done with permits, engineering, concrete…. If the state requires an environmental study for culverts, that can get crazy expensive.
@timl.9990 yeah I'm sure he'll find some old culverts and throw dirt over them. Lol. When the country supervisor said do whatever you got to do, it meant go the cheapest route possible lol
Man you should hire those beavers to help you clear some land jobs there great little workers. And strong also I have always wondered how they move such big logs to build a damn 😂 you should check out the dji air 3 it’s has a more advanced active tracking 5.0 you can position the drone in any angle and it has 360 avoidance sensors
@@smithworx1091 look at some reviews on RUclips about the Air 3 they upgraded the sensors to be able to dodge obstacles all the way around. Larger objects like dozers and excavators i am still not sure about yet I haven’t seen any one trying to track one yet. The drone was just released the other day so soon someone will test the larger objects. But the air 3 will now let you position the drone in the front or side or back by using the app. Unlike the mini 3 pro or air 2s when ever you tried setting the drone in front of you while moving forward it would always go to the back. But now that it can detect objects from the side as well you can set it up at whatever angle you want. It also has two cameras that have amazing zooming capabilities. The drone can reach distances of 12 miles. DJI advertised a 46 minute flight time. But every review I have seen it’s getting around 30 minute’s flight time. It’s got a stacked sensor which is amazing for nighttime footage. Hopefully soon i can get one myself. I just got to get this job in the mines first.
That was a quick job. Did you see any signs of beaver's in the area? I didn't see any trees they had been chewing on. We had a real bad problem here in the early 90s. The forestry commission put a bounty for each beaver tail. This part of the county is a huge river bottom and everything flooded in the spring of 92. Man did I make a killing until they lowered the bounty to $5 a beaver. It wasn't worth it at that price
@@smithworx1091 If there were any beaver there you would see lots of trees they had been chewing on. The have to chew a lot because there teeth grow so fast. I don't think they trap much in the south it just doesn't get cold enough anymore. I think the cold weather helps them to have a better coat of fur. I've seen where up north that some people do trap. But it's not much money in it. They were over populated around here and between the trees they killed and the ones the flooding killed the timber industry was losing lots of money. I live in a town that was known as the Forestry Capital of the South.
Man im not being mean but you seem so slow and i think it takes you 2 hours to watch 60 minutes. Im not trying to piss you off at all. I like you a lot and your videos and i wont you to do good. Look at other people on the job with equiptment payments and they get the damn job done. Dont pay to sit and fly a drone or mess with cameras more than you run a machine.
Set up cameras inside your cab and one or two outside for videos. I understand what your trying to do with the drone byt not good. Film and do before and after drone shots. I love you brother so please dont be mad at me. Hows the family doing?

That drone action is great. Wish more people would do it.👍👍👏🏻👏🏻 Subscribed.
Thanks a lot buddy!
Enjoyed the video! Beavers can sure make a good dam. Good drone footage!
Thanks brother Kenny
Wow... It's like watching grass grow.
Thanks buddy. I watched some of your videos. Oh no wait.... you don't have any...

Cat 1, Beaver 0, glad you got to rip it out.
Me too! I think that's only the 2nd one I've ever came across
Making me nervous flying that drone in those trees!
Poor beavers you destroyed their hard work.
HOME WRECKER!!!
Cool video...
Ole Skeeter Sam almost took a dip a couple times 🤣 the beavers got evicted for not paying rent

I really enjoy watching the water drain down when the dam is removed so quickly! Which drone are you using?
It was satisfying to watch. DJI mini 3 pro. With the Rode mics
