You got an “in class training” which is roughly 2-3 days. Then the “in cab or on the job training” which can take a minimal of 3 weeks, and a maximum of 6 weeks. Learning the job and getting carded at different loading racks

@@gene_begreattv I most certainly would. People don’t switch jobs for no reason. I have a small fleet of 3 trucks. My drivers been with me for 4 or more years, my turn over is zero. I know I take care of my people, denying somebody a job because they didn’t stay in a bad situation for them for a year is nuts. To me it shows versatility of that individual because they didn’t sit around whining about the job, they did something about it.
