I looked for a utility like this but could somehow use two NICs to pass traffic and do DPI and traffic monitoring.
was unable to find anything else, so just bought a crappy UDM Pro

what if you have multiple ISP (3) ?
can this test each of them ?

You would need docker setup on each ISP. Then setup the container. You are good to go.
