Skateboarding gets you out n about with mates when in prime time of life, injuries get us all in the end so all you 5 to 28yr olds tear it up! Enjoy your time, stay off computers and roll.

Absolutely! Best years of my childhood were the ones spent skating. It was a crazy scene in the mid-80s to mid-90s in Santa Barbara. The powel factory right up the road, great places to skate everywhere... no rules. And honestly, I was lucky because there were not too many Karens at the time. Sure, some would bitch about it, but they didn't chase us like the lady in this video. We skated from 8 or 9 in the morning until late at night, rarely had issues. Sometimes cops would break it up and we would leave for 10 minutes then just come back or find a new spot. A lot of dudes had half pipes or ramps by then too so we were lucky.

I'm not upset with what you said but!, slot of what you do now was pioneered by us 😍. I still ride but now it's longboards, I still love it but I really don't bounce as well as I used too 😃. I'm 50 and a cruise with friends along the beach is awesome 💝💝
This video gives me late 90's/early 2000's skater video vibes. I miss the skate scene back then. I didn't quite stick the landing while acid dropping off a pillar outside a blockbuster video one friday night and went straight back onto the back of my head in front of all kinds of people. Around 2003. Afterwards I couldn't remember how to even kickflip. I could still ollie, but that was it. My brain decided we weren't skating anymore. 😢
