  • Funny day today - quite warm but grey after a nice blue start. Then a few very short showers, then a couple of real downpours! I reckon Richard Lewis must have a good weather-man up his sleeve, because it was the day for muck, alright! Here is the team doing it up country, where they were on grass a couple of weeks ago.
    Filmed in Carmarthenshire, Wales, UK.

great video Alan if it got any wetter he wouldn't have got out of that pit in the JCB.

Well, he wouldn't have got ouot loaded, but all he'd have to do was empty the bucket! That TM would go anywhere.

Are your pits over there just holes in the ground? No linning or concrete floors?

Whatever it is, it is not the same everywhere.

Ah, bit of muckspreading, that's what we like to see :D Looked like quite a challenge getting out of that pit at times, even with 4wd & 4 wheel steer.

Yes, the old muck was heavy stuff for a full bucket!

This looks really nice Alan, and a bit dangerous too. Is all the maize off in your area?

Yes, off till it dries up. My guess is that the hills are too dodgy in the wet.

Ur loader can barely make it out of there , bucket is too big for the machine

I don't have a loader (one) and you only have an opinion (two).
