Today I made it using your method and et voila it spread smoothly onto my cake with minimal scrapes and I'm just in shock I could cry. Thank you once again xx
This recipe is now my go to. Love it. Though I found if you beat it for longer (about 30minutes after all added ingredients) it gets smoother and more spreadable

I'm so happy you like it! I used to have a bakery in Costa Rica and it was hot there too, so i used half butter and half vegetable shortening so that the frosting would hold its shape and not melt on my cakes and cupcakes.... maybe that would work for you too?
Really amazed with the simple buttercream recipe. Do you do whipped cream cakes too could you please share recipe of that too. As the cream sometimes melts.

It blows my mind that everyone over mixes their butter on a medium high speed for way too long because you end up with air bubbles, this makes so much more sense to me!!

You can use one of those stencils, just 1 sheet to cover your mixture, or just a simple piece of fabric while stirring. I really love your videos!!!
