    Rahul ji, thank you for a nice informative video but appke most of the points covered in this video are based on the employees working in the office. Thoda un sales ke employees ke bare me bhi ek video banaiye Jo market me field PE kaam karte hai. I think employees ke benefits define karne ke liye unka nature of job bohot hi important hai then only apple to apple conversion hoga jaisa ki aap kehta hai. All the best for what you're doing.
