My uncle who is still alive, drove for Greyhound Canada from the 60s up to the mid 80s he said he loved his job and met quite a number of people on his buses, he got to drive the mc6 the one with the v12 engines and I remember him saying, that coach had so much tourque, he had to problems thru the Rogers pass, between BC and Alberta Canada 😎

Took a greyhound from NYC to La California in '76 then back again in '79, good times. It was a blast. Wish I could turn back time but I guess we all say that.

The original version of the senicruiser should have been preserved for collection so people like us can look at it instead of being scraped

Totally agree! The original Scenicruiser is such an iconic bus. It is nice to see that a few do still remain, although they have mostly been converted into RV campers, etc. I do believe there is still one in Missouri somewhere that still has its seats. The owner kept it in its original configuration.
I did like the"Super" Scenicruisers (MC5 or 7 I believe) as well. Rode on several of those while in the Army (late 1970's).

Greyhound scams people guys Ok, here is their strategy. People try to book early so they can buy tickets with cheaper price right? But the greyhound tell the customer who booked early that their tickets are broken on the departure day without sending them any email notification about that and make them to pay the full price on the departure day or make them to choose a different day. People are busy so they purchase new tickets even though they are scammed by doing that. And if people ask for the refund for the full priced tickets then the greyhound would say they can only process the refund for the cheaper old tickets that they lied and said were "broken". That is how greyhound makes extra money by scamming people and they have no customer service number for complaining issues like that and only accepts feedback text form on their website and good luck with receiving any response from them. Beware guys do not let the scam you by doing that and spread the words.
