I'm so grateful for this channel! I'm almost 2 months into my nursing program and things are starting to pick up the pace which is very stressful. Even though I have calenders and organizers already, this is such a good reminder for me to stay on track and not get overwhelmed. I tend to skip out on self care activities but you validating on how to prioritize time for yourself reassures me that it's okay to relax. Thank you for being open about your journey 😊
