Yes it's sad, Armmy was such a great singer and entertainer🥺
She died 3 years after she left the band though. Yes, it's really sad, nobody deserves that. But I feel like a lot of people seem to make it seem like she died while being in the band which is not the case. She was in GS for 3 years, was in Takaeita (with GS first guitarist Eita) for 3 more years before she passed away. GS either decided to cut her or she decided to leave GS (not sure which and I hope that stays private with what happened to her afterwards). I recently saw a couple of shows by Eita (streamed) and while her some of music is a bit more rocking/metal (including more harsh vocals than GS), a lot of it is also electronica mixed with rock/metal. It wasn't my favourite, but it was still enjoyable and a cool view on their first guitarist.
And while I probably prefer all the other versions of GS over the first one (probably because I know them better), it is amazing to see this first gen GS because the blueprints of their show and sound are very clearly visible in this already. There is no question that Armmy's performances created a blueprint that both the dancers and Angie are using to som extent. I do think she helped GS find their way of performing for sure. Nothing but respect to what she did for the band, but I feel like some of the older fans are a bit overly critical on all the other iterations including giving Angie a hard time on GS official channel in the comments.

When Angie first showed up with GS, a lot of the fans compared her to Armmy and you can see why in this video.
I fell in love with Armmy the first time I saw a GACHARIC SPIN video back in 2018...
Then I found out she passed away in 2015!
When she left GS in 2012 for health reasons, she hooked up with EITA (who was the original short-lived guitarist for this band) and formed TAKAEITA (Armmy's real name Takae combined with EITA)...
GACHARIC SPIN is a great band regardless of all the extra members over the years, but after Armmy I love their collaboration with Fuki (UNLUCKY MORPHEUS) as DOLL$BOXX best!

GS may be older (more mature I would rather say) but they have certainly not lost their energy. And I am glad to say still exhibit controlled chaos
Army’s English was pretty much limited to thank you + sexy + boys… also her bit on stage and in interviews was to blurt out “SEXY” every few minutes. Plus if you examine her level of fitness, display of skin and her blond hair you can see why she as a young Japanese woman was such a draw in that first year…
All the girls very sexy, but Aarmy just had this over the top sexuality. She was great performer and front person. RIP Aarmy. GS in good hands with Angie. GS has always been great and will stay that way.
