I prefer those with wire hang behind neck one. True wireless ear bugs easily fall out of my ear during work, and it is close to impossible to find on the lawn.
Hey mate I would say you have not had the right ear bud tip sizes. I tried the wired behind neck awhile back, but found when i sweat and turn my neck they would stick and tear out of my ear, or the wire would get caught in my hat rope etc. Though what works for one may not work for another. I use JBL Live Pro 2 TWS ear buds. Only time im around loud noises is my work place at the airport however we cant use anything like ear buds or other wireless devices as we need to hear radios etc. The JBLs are good for the train ride to and from work as the brakes on trains are loud and annoying
I am yet to try JBLs. Might give them a go next. Having noise cancelling is a must I reckon, except in certain types of work places. Have a great day mate. 😀 👍
