    Somehow a 3 round workout with more moves is less daunting! Haha as usual loved the workout even though it was after a 10 shift at work ;D

    Awesome workout is that target the cellualite and the fat on your hamstring? ??I really need help for my fat but I wonder if this can target the cellualite

      This can help! I would definitely keep doing some lower body HIIT workouts and strength training! You're on the right track!

    loved it! I thought resistance band exercises were excellent when you didn't what to get tired... what a mistake!
