They don't realize that it's unhealthy. Basically it means that the stalkers which we are thinking about here are more innocent than we think and the harm they cause isn't actually intentional. They think that they have found true love and will do anything to get it. Still doesn't make them any less harmful.

I have had multiple dental surgeries in ghetto Russian hospitals without anaesthetic. One of these led to an infection that yielded 2 weeks of extreme pain due to a botched root canal. I have undergone recovery from botched eye surgery that felt like a dozen splinters in each of my eyes for several weeks afterwards. I have been through years of daily physical and emotional abuse by peers / family. I have undergone severe opiate and sedative withdrawal to the point of convulsions. None of these ordeals have come close to the awfulness of true unrequited love.

The song is basically saying that a man is desperately trying to confess this love that he has for a girl and he tries and tries but she doesn't get the message. It also goes on with how hard it is to actuality confess. If she gives him the chance he'll "Possess her heart" It just shows how much he cares about the girl. Don't just hate on a song. You have to pay attention to the lyrics. Some of you may see it from a different point of view but in reality it's not that bad of a song.
