Magnificent and breathtakingly beautiful. I wonder if there are any Douglas Fir trees, could this place support a few bison, are the ponds / lakes spring fed and would this water be pure enough for human consumptions. I assume full water, mineral, land and timber rights? Any possibility of buying adjacent surrounding lands to make the property 640 acres of one square mile or larger?

I guess u have to spend another $12M to built a grand house/ranch in there for ur own, after all need someone we deep deep pocket to taker of this property & builds instructions here & there , needs LOTS of work, money , maintenance & staffs ...nahhh to much
