    Pramila Behan Aapki bhasha mein rajsthani mithaas aur recipe mein Rajasthani Swad kaa sangam hai. Bahut achha lagta hai. Aapka prayas bhalehi naya hai lekin bahut hi perfect hai. Rajsthani Swad apna ek alag swad hai jise har koi prem se pasand karta hai. aage aur bhi naye naye recipe dekhne ko milenge.

    Really this is the taste of rajasthan. Spicy with lots of masala. the same way my ammi used to cook it. I am also from rajasthan. thanks a lot for great recipe. Love from canada.

    I have tried your recipes like dal bati churm, dal dhokli every in my family liked it, I am bit confused, I would like to know the difference between gatte ki kadi and gatte ki subzi because I have seen adding curd for both. Please let me know on the same.

      dhokla to aap agle din bhi garam kar ke snacks ki tarah kha sakti hain........aapka dhokla khar ka hain ya khaman ka koi bhi ho aap usse agle din bhi kha sakte hain ...inka sabzi main prayog accha nahi lagega .......keep supporting
