With the comparison of us and the second dimension to that of God and the third dimension, I would argue that we do not have all knowledge of that two dimensional world and all its people, and are therefore do not have omniscience. This means that there is no reason that a 4 dimensional being would know all knowledge of our world. For example, if you had an extremely complex image that was in 2 dimensions, we, as 3 dimensional beings, would not have omniscience of that image, and therefore would not be Gods relative to the people in that two dimensional world.
Good video but we live in all 4 dimensions, 3 are spacial and the 4th is time. I recommend you watch a video on the basics of relativity (science clic has some good ones).
