Taking them into Blender, Remeshing, UV’ing and texturing in Painter would also be nice - is that what you mean by Game Asset workflow?
Yep exactly that work flow, if I do the rover would probably do an animation rig in blender aswell!

Imo do what you love doing more as it'll show more in your tutorials. That said, I do think the phone would be the more technical tutorial for people wanting to learn more hard surface work flows
Thanks for the feed back... It's quite hard to choose! But definately want to make something that can get beginners off the ground and into their own projects asap.
