It's laugh is like a Crow that got turned into a Joker and got massive Kung Fu knowledge and can't stop laughing on opponents he beats up all the time.
You are a beast with the Joker! I loved the fight against Pierre. He was the first to get a knock down on you and you came back the next round and one hit tapped him as revenge. "Do not get cocky!" I can imagine the Joker saying.
To this day, i still try to beat survival mode to unlock him, but i can never do it. I struggle so much with Bob and Leon, Bob seems to just throw me senselessly and somehow kills me in later rounds, and Leon just gets bs counters. Any tips for someone who has been attempting this for over a decade?
There was a god 3 Hit leg combo with boro i think the command was back blue green green in mixup with the sommersault works very well.. (long tima ago i unlock the Joker)

You can use a gameshark code. Use the "The Win Modifier In Survival Mode" cheat and replace "??" with "99". It's a cheap way but it works.

Try fighting Shin Akuma in Street Fighter Alpha 2. It reacts to 1 frame attacks and reacts to whatever you do.

Shoot, the N64 produced a great series of wrestling games too. So much variety with two buttons and a D-pad (aside from taunts, using the joystick)

You need to beat the game as certain characters first. Getting the star on their icons like Pierre is needed for the Joker
