Well done. You confirmed an answer to a question I had about changing agents. I found out what you covered in this video which was in order to change agents, one has to switch plans. My guess is the commission structure is built in to the premiums annually so too much paperwork for the behemoth insurance companies to deal with that change. Your statement you get back to a client in one day or two days during enrollment period should a business model. My agent has scheduled me two weeks out for a phone chat to answer questions and has been a challenge to work with since initial enrollment when she was available. Seems I may have to switch plans just to get rid of her. Keep up the good work

Thanks so much for your compliment. It’s tough to find a good agent and we are not perfect either. But clients should have an expectation on what to expect. Thanks for supporting our channel!

I was wondering, once you've met your deductible and Medicare gets a bill and pays their 80%, does Medicare bill your Medigap policy for the rest or does my Doctors office do it. I just want to be sure because I am going to Quest labs for a PSA test and I sign in on the kiosk. When I put my insurance info in, do I just put in my Medicare info?

Since you are not our client I we don’t know exactly what plan you have, legally we cannot give you specific advice. You can call your agent or the insurance company though.

I have gotten quotes from another agent, but have not signed up with anyone. Am i obligated to the agent that quoted me? Or am I stuck with an agent only after signing up?

THEN WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM YOU DON'T HAVE AN AGENT TO HELP YOU, NOT TO SMART. THIS IS A SELF SERVING VIDEO IN MY OPINION.

Sorry to hear that. I don't believe you are our customer are you? We do take each client very seriously and even promise to get back within 1 day. (2 days during open enrollment). Did you have an issue that your agent couldn't solve or didn't get back to you?

Lets say you work with an agent and purchase a medigap plan and a drug plan, and then a few years go by finances change and you want to look at a Advantage plan. Do you have to use the agent you used for your gap plan or can you shop around?

Hi Paul, you can change your agent as long as you change your plan . Hope that helps 😊
