@@bombyte_ I know, it's what I mainly play, but they are putting more and more devs on new projects rather than the "premium experience" they promise for Save the world, and fix the many bugs that have existed it's whole lifetime.

My favorite thing about this is that it’s pretty much a Lego recreation of what Fortnite was originally supposed to be like before Battle Royale came and got so popular.
As a huge lover of both Fortnite and Legos, I am beyond excited to play this.

Save the world was originally going to be more like Minecraft. You set up a fort using resources around the world to defend against monsters that will lay siege to it every night.

Also, Lego Fortnite feels more like terraria than it does like Minecraft, with the heavy emphasis on building a village and collecting NPC’s.

saying Minecraft is bad is so stupid. the point of Minecraft is to do whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want, in a variety of ways such as mods, servers, pvp, building, ect. Minecraft is not objectively better or worse than any other game, simply because Minecraft is not like any other game.

Looks great! As a Save the World fan this is what the original Fortnite would have become without BR. Looks like they spent some time creating this and i must say that some things would not work with the Fortnite theme but the Lego's its perfect. Congrats, this is epic ! Can't wait to try out

I've wanted this kind of game ever since I was kid and bought my first copy of Lego Star Wars. I have a job now and rent to pay, but the kid in me absolutely can't wait to drag all my friends into this.
Chapter 5 is a banger so far. Racing mode coming tomorrow, Fortnite Festival on Saturday. I feel that the game is truly alive again.

Love how you guys added journeys anyway you want it to the video. It just adds to the level of hype Lego Fortnite has. I’m about in hour into the game mode and I have to say it’s the most fun I’ve had in a crafting survival game in a long time. Definitely the best thing going in Fortnite rn. Good job epic

Playing this today gave me og lego game vibes on the ps3 like lego star wars the complete trilogy, indiana jones, the lego batman series and etc. I keep walking around and forgetting there is no minikit collectables and studs as currency 😂 even though it still feels weirdly like fortnite at the same time

I was kinda hoping everything would be legofied even the ground but still absolutely wonderful game mode
This is interestingly similar to the original version of fortnite before it became all about Battle Royale.
Pve team based building and then surviving against the horde. Except this looks way more fun as it seems to be way simplified and removes the limits and single mission based focus.
I hope they build it up into a solid popular mode, it's got potential for sure. I know they're devoting a lot of time and effort by the polish and skin support.

The game is amazing.. Can't wait to see what comes. Caves need some type of respawn mechanic, or villagers need to be able to obtain gems and precious items from caves either as a separate job or after certain conditions have been met. I want to be able to rebuild weapons and enchant them as I want...however, I fear of running out of supplies. Currently, the only gem returned is cut amber and I have desert level 6 camp. Maybe a page that describes mechanics.
The Lego gamemode is super fun! I can’t wait to get my friends in on it, we’re gonna make a very fun world!

I haven't gotten a chance to really play this. But the 15 minutes I spent wondering around an island all by myself was fun haha. They did a great job on this. The kids will love it!

W mode been playing for quit a bit now but the only issue i have is having to travel those long distances between biomes
My main suggestion is add a material used to make rift pads that work like a teleport sending you to another rift pad

The skins and their lego version is so cool.
Early game mobility sucks. I played for a few hours and go tired after I looted a cave, went back to make tools, went to loot another one, broke my tools and got killed by a dino after exiting the cave. I have no motivation to walk from cave to cave just to farm materials that won't be enough for more than one special building.
I love playing Lego Fortnite, but I have some ideas to make it even better. Please add a town hall statue that lets us name our towns and see them on the map. Also, please add a compass and a marker like in the main game to help us navigate. And a clock would be nice too. Thank you for your amazing game!
Update idea:
New biome called far lands
To get here your have to cross an ocean meaning you need to make a boat
This biome would have a grey theme to it like the ice biome is blue and desert is orange/red
Like desert has heat and ice biome has cold this biome could have the withering affect
The ores found in caves there could be used to craft a new rarity of tools
It could have some kind of plant that could only be grown in the farlands or a boss drop that when used can craft health tokens with both heat and cold reduction and more health bonuses
Villages in this area would unlock other structures you can build
