Things looked a lot different before lightstones were introduced and we had 4 second manos cooking. Then it was really difficult to decide what to do. Nowadays with 2 second manos cooking you could really break it down to: 1) silver embroidered on early levels; 2) manos for profit and silver embroidered on trash leveling (date palm, figs, fish) for late game leveling; 3) manos at endgame.
Yeah, that's also way to conceptualize it and I have used it in previous videos. For this video I chose the three scenarios because they reduce any ambiguity to a minimum (e.g. what is 'endgame'/what is a 'trash recipe'?)
When you converted it too combat DPS my mind exploded. Why the hell did I not think of it like that. I've been cooking for G50 and been wondering if it was best with manos or SE
Thank you so much for all of this! I remember arguing with you long ago that this was needed, glad you saw it a good time to make these visual representations to your already amazing written guides!
Your vids are really helpfull, but i want to know if i should invest in tet manos gear for cooking if i cant affort a VP, seems like meals prices changes often so the loyalty VP thing can be tricky to use.. i want to know what u guys think about that :)
Heya, glad you like the videos. Buying manos clothes purely for imperials is a hefty investment and will take a long time to pay off. In that case, Tet Loggia/Roroju would probably bea better investment. If one day you regularly run a VP and cook for the market, Tet manos clothes become a lot more viable.
@@summer_rains Im talking about accesories too, now i have full tri manos an tet clothes + cook artifact set, so i was wondering if i should invest in tet accesories even if i dont have permanent vp running, i have some from events sitting there too
@@ideezx6288 the same logic applies. Unless you regularly cook meals for the market, Tet manos accs will take a monstrous time to pay off. Generally, people go for Tet manos accs for two reasons. Either for gear progression as a self-goal or because they plan to do lifeskills long-term and can make heavy use of the mastery, like through hunting/gathering/cooking.
it's actually possible to get 1s cooking time without events, game has an alchemy stone with - 2.5 second cooking time, extremely hard to get, but i think if u can reach 1950 or 2k mastery when u have 99.5 and 100% mass cooking, there is no point using SE because u will be always spamming x10, so in the end SE won't be x2 faster, will be faster but nothing tangible) good GUIDE)
Yeah no..the fundamentals of cooking lightstone combo changed that. For active cooking PEN manos is almost always bis unless you are cooking something that doesn't have special meal procs. This of course assuming that you have at the very least a sharp alchemy stone of life.
@@summer_rains Screw them :) In all seriousness tho, you can do well with full tet set too. Also, its not that hard to get pen manos. P.S. Pen manos is only 60 billions worth, i just checked. Please don't tell me, its 99% of the ppl. Average player can earn 2 bil in a day, its just 30 days of playing to get this beauty.
PEN manos>se. Agreed. I have +5 SE cooks clothes, and the only time I use them are for dishes that don't proc special versions. (vinegar, essence of liquor, red sauce ect).
4:55 yes , very good Guide!

Very nice guide. Summer carrying the community as always 💌
Can I convert the SE armor into an outfit with a coupon for extra time reduction or on?
You can convert it into a costume but the costume only gives cooking EXP. Otherwise that'd be pretty op lol

Yeah for sure. I sold my SE clothes when I reached 1850 mastery / 1.7 secs cook time cause SE is just never better at that point.
Omg new summer video! Pretty cherry blossom intro (。♥‿♥。)
omg real Skooti? 😳
Omg it's Skooti. Big fan 😳
PERIOD
audio level is a tad low on this one
Thanks for pointing it out, the newer videos are a bit higher volume
could you enchance your voice volume on the next videos pls i barely could hear , but nice video
Sure, will do
If u cook a set meal and sell imperial box - Mastery Clothes otherwise Silver Embroidered
That was valid 2 years ago before lightstones and cook time events. A lot has changed since then.

Then this would apply to console no. We don’t have any of this yet.
Manos pen is better, end of story. Because Canape+artifact+elixir+food+khans heart
What about 99% of players who don't have pen manos?

@@summer_rains I got 1 level 3 Manos and I preordered a level 4 of a month T_T it costs 5,000,000,000
