  • This is what motorcycles are all about! This RD400 was dropped off as a rolling project and now left with an extremely happy man!
This is an example of how some of us have an extreme passion for motorcycles. It isn't always just about riding them. Sometimes, it is preserving a memory that comes with them.
Are you stuck with your vintage motorcycle project? I can give you the correct answers and help you finish your project. Simply message me via my ReSponda link and I will walk you through your motorcycle problem.

First look at this ain't read any comments..I love the colour and detail..it looks like a 400 E to me as I have had 4 and this does sound right the way I hear it sounding a little choked but when it comes off that'll be a great smoker he's telling about when the power comes in etc..5 to 7 sounds interesting cuz most of mine were 6 right past the red...I do understand how people tune to their particular rev range but still it sounds absolutely right looks too....well done that man...

    Had one. Fast and dangerous.
Sold it to a friend and he rode it up a Volkswagen . He was ok, not hurt.

Nice work! I just got myself a Canadian GT750 M model and I had to see some of your older videos as I'm now balls deep in the motor. Way more complex than the RD350 I built haha.

I rode my friends RD350LC track bike for a long time. Expansion box, jet work, ports polished, sprocket job etc. Few bikes could touch me but you had to know how to ride otherwise it would dump you.

Something about RD400's... I've been longing for one since the day I foolishly sold my 77 D model, but who knows what would have became of it or me had I refused to let it go? Probably would have it sitting with all the nice suspension and mild performance mods inside an expanded heated carage with other treasures because where there's a need there's the incentive to achieve it, right? Not the other way around like people who think sacraficing getting what they want until they can spare the time and investment and die never living their dreams... ( Ha! just about 19 hours ago, I had fb messaged someone whom I believe is the guy who I reluctantly sold mine to. He had layed it down within a year and I sent a message asking if it is him, and asked what ever happened to it? Never know... It could very well be sitting in a corner of his parent's garage still? ) Enjoyed the 78' resto.. I could tell it's a little hard to put your heart into a resto and watch them go with their happy owners... I used to have to see mine pass by daily attempting a feeble wheelie.. every day. And then it turned completely flourescent dayglo yellow... LOL... Ride safe!
