It's so sad to hear, Junju Lawes, a producer known for his fair treatment of the ones who worked for him and whom i admire also very much, got apperently caught up in this violence bullshit, causing the demize of Prince Far I and himself at the end of the day. Junjo was a gunman for the JLP not PNP and i strongly believe he is responsible for Far I’s death as many others around Junjo wierdly met the same fate. Very strange, ive been listening to Far I heavily for about a week and a half and really enjoying his work and feeling a heavy vibration and connection to it and now you upload this. Thanks for this. Far I was one of the first reggae artists I really heard. I got into him through the Adrain Sherwood connection. I was really young at the time so I didn't really know what happened. I'm going to go listen to his music now.
sometime in the 90s I bought a bunch of cassette tapes from a rastaman at a festival without knowing what the music even was. One of the tapes turned out to be Prince Far I's Long Life album on one side and Free from Sin on the other. His unique style immediately made it a favorite, rinsed out that tape real good!

Him died 2 minutes after. Him never even see the doctor." That's exactly what happened to Prince Far I, and he never completed the album.
I haven';t listened to it in a while... the show was on a cd by the British Danceteria label, and I think they got it from a cassette only release on ROIR - I had Bad Brains and and MC5 tapes from them- anyway, the show is probably on YT - Prince Far I goes into a thing about Yellow and his colour which I remember being pretty nasty, made me wonder if they were feuding or something - Yellow was with Youthman Promotion at one point, I think, not sure about prince Far I... I've seen Yellowman twice, too yoiung to have sen Prince Far I and I gotta say I listen to Prince Far I records more than Yellowman ones in recent years. I'll stop rambling now.@@Truth12300

Interesting video, but no way that the album "Under Heavy Manners" was backed by the Roots Radics band: just like on all Joe Gibbs productions of the era, musicians were the Professionals. The Roots Radics as such only laid the backing tracks for Fari's last two albums, "Musical History" and "Umkhonto We Sizwe (Spear of the Nation)".
