Nah. The 30mm can't even kill an M46 Patton in ideal conditions. It could make it look smokey and all but that's about it. It's a glorified door knocker.

@@luggilu7864 Given the angle the A-10 was firing at, 30mm DU rounds would have punched through the T-72's top armor with ease. Also, the GAU-8 had little trouble knocking out M47s and T-62s during live-fire testing in the late 70s.

@@onlyxans6920 I'd be all for some kind of a joint tech tree of smaller European countries, like Poland, Czech and Slovak republics, Romania, and so on. Of course, there would be a lot of modified vehicles, but I don't think that's a problem, considering how many of them are already in-game. :D I'm just wondering if there'd be enough vehicles to justify a whole tech tree, or just a branch in an existing tech tree.

But I’d love to make a request for the Kafir C.2, I did a test drive of it and got up to around Mach 1.5 at low alt I think, maybe high mach 1.3, but at around 20-30k ft I got it quickly to Mach 2.2-2.3, I’d love to see you play it!
Honestly he’d be better off playing the TT Kfir C7. 2 more missiles, more powerful engine and at only .3 higher BR will face the same things as it would at 11.0.

After grinding for this thing and using it since, its hands down my favourite Russian tank at its br. Tapna is a better round then its contemporaries at the same br, it has gen 2 thermals on both gunner and commander, its era has about 100mm kinetic protection vs the 5mm of kontact-1 at that br which means you often find yojrself surviving more hits then you think you should, however your side is still incredibly weak. The cannon is perfect as it gives you a bsckup weapon once your barrel or breach is out. Most people arent expecting it so they often leave their sides vulnerable and can often help you comeback from situations you would have otherwise be killed in. Its also got a great supporting lineup to boot. Would love to see you check this tank out again.

Ive also had a lot of times enemies would be flanking me from behind a row of bushes or a small house and you just couldnt hear them but you could hear the wheeled vehicle like 300m away coming towards you

Day 89, probably: Take the Scimitar, the last Supermarine, out for a spin. Some of the people who worked on it had worked at Supermarine since before the Spitfire. Scimitar marks the true end of the line. And it has quad 30mm.

I think to fix choppers and planes spawning with no kills gijin needs to make it so caps only give sp for tanks not planes. So the two are separate so you start with one set of points but as you get kills it splits into 2 point system where tank kills or plane kills or scouts give you plane sp and tank..
i disagree. if you don’t use a tank to scout (only light tanks) then how can you get into a jet/heli? by your logic if i understand you right you cannot.. unless you scout?
There is no problem with helis or jet spawns lmfao. the problem is missile AA that spawn and sit in their spawn the whole game shooting every single flying thing out of the sky the second they spawn...

Would be interesting to add footsoldiers like small anti tank units poking around. As a conscript Army ranger I was it an team sporting the forefather of the famous NLAW from SAAB/BAE, it was named RB56 Bill, (Robot 56, Bofors Infantry Light and Lethal) We often played the role of extern threat to the tanks. And as seen in Ukraine, man portable anti tank weapons are not to fuck around with, for the Javelin and NLAW, one hit is often enough... So War Thunder, add some SF guys into the battlefield both against armour but also against aircraft ;-)

Phly please take out the Merkava Mk 4M and Merkava Mk 4B as a backup. You can also use the F-4E for air support or if you want more of a challenge with unguided bombs you can take out the Nesher.
Why tho? What's the point in playing any other nations than Russia at top tier? You simply can't win. Gayjin makes sure of that.

I was able to get Moderna in 6 days. I could do it again and sell it that time but i was extremely tired.
I got 40 ,which is max you can get in a day, of those superweapon points a day. RNGesus smiled upon me with those credits(even it it did not I'd still have 6 days to get the credits anyways) and i got it.
It was painful, but doable.
I will grind every event from now on.
Unless they won't change them.

That "shell" ejection thing is on all Russian tanks with auto loaders. The metal plate with the primer attached to the propellant gets yeeted out the back by the autoloader during the reloading process. In the leopard and Abrams you have a basket where they fall when opening the breach.
I believe that in the case of the Leopard 2 and the Abrams it burns up during firing, since they're using a combustible cartridge.
@@Polygon-yug-9581 the rear of the 120mm nato shell is metal to provide obturation, only a little stub remains. In case of british tanks, the whole cartridge is combustible tho
