They have a phone , they can text. She can low down her brightness on the phone and mute the texting beeps , so fricken simple , but they chose to talk loudly when a dangerous thing is approcing , so wise.

There's a story behind this... He wasn't looking in the garden for anything, he was digging her a grave, i guess it's some kind of aggravated attraction taking form, and in the end it got Annie and texted him as her. It asked him to go over the next morning so it could kill him too and the story is thathe actually did go over the next morning out of concern and ended up dead in a ditch.
How did annie face time him if annie has an android ...

Love the modern take on this with the video chat, but did they not consider the fact that David's video chat would show him at his house and not at Annie's?
It is always a good idea to watch someone from your room with all the lights on while they are doing something strange outside in the dark.

I have tried many times to see into the darkest outside my window from a brightly lited room but I guess I am doing it wrong because it works in films and movies.

Hey there! It's been a while. :) Hope you're all doing well.
Got to be the cinematographer & editor for a friend of mine who turned this creepypasta into a short film. Although we were crunched on time for shooting (we literally had one night to shoot all of this), I'd say that the outcome isn't too shabby.
