This is the story.
Johnny (who was called in the beginning of the chat) was in love with David. He wanted to date him. But David denied the request, because he is in love with Annie. Johnny was upset about this and freaked out. So he wanted to kill Annie, he has mental issues . When Johnny was digging in the garden, he was making a grave for Annie. David was really at home.
Later in the chat, Annie started to text with capitals, THAT was Johnny. He killed her. When David asked if this was really Annie. Johnny went offline and left.
Or Johnny started the conversation using her WU to type like her looking at her post history but forgotten that he is typing in his own mode. When David asked how do I know it's you? Johnny noticed he changed his typing and no proof to be Annie. Things like "the bed is so warm" and "listening to music" are her final moments.
