In the lyrics of the song she is mentioned as "The Russian Queen", however, there was not such a state named "Russia" at that time, and Elisiv of Kyiv came from Kyivska Rus' being the eldest daughter of Kyiver Prince Yaroslav Mudryi (Yaroslav the Wise)..
The Russian SM band Imperial Age seems to have started a new trend in this subgenre - the twin lead female vocal. There's now also a new Italian band called NOCTURNA, and this new Leaves Eyes lineup. This is the second SM tune out this year called BLACK BUTTERFLY. There was one in June by ENEMY INSIDE (check out all the above! They're all great!) Anyway, THIS tune is excellent - a fantastic re-launch of the band. Great song, great harmony, well-produced, nothing not to like - unless you think its not Leaves Eyes without Liv Kristine. My score: Excellent 5*
