I have heard somewhere that Filling up all four DDR5 ram slots can cause some performance issues. Is it true?
yes its true
No it's not true
not really but ddr5 sticks provide high speed but having 4 sticks cause a lil latency issues which is totally negligible so yeah you can fill those 4 slots aswell
I have seen some Tech RUclipsrs suggest to use 2 channels for DDR5.
It totally depends on your motherboard
But using all 4 slots makes it harder to boost to its max frequency.
Ram will be running on its base frequency.

if i used that much amount of money i would have used the best parts possible like,
ram- 5800mhz minimum (preferably Hynix ram coz they can check OC better) 6000 mhz ideal but 4 sticks will have stability issues on higher frequency
GPU- probably ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 White coz that zotac .... its not the best 4090 in the market.
PSU- HX1200 PLATINUM Certified power supply. gold is mid, 12vhpwr connecter lock mechanism is not reliable 2 opt for that kind of psu.
I am guessing this is more of an editing pc coz of the i9 so Seagate IronWolf nas drive would made sense instead of the wd blue.
Also 6 fans only on that one aio.

It's seperate warranty and bill is provided.
Frequent opening of case will damage 12V connectors of GPU, use vertical mount or custom cable.

It will bottleneck the gpu, not much in medium settings.
4070ti is not good for 4k ultra or very high setting(no dlss) other then that go for it.
Gigabyte m27q is not a 4k monitor.
