S3EP35 - Using an auger to plant Christmas tree seedlings getting it done before it rains

Today on JAlly Farms; Another day of planting our seedlings we didn't film the back field planting since we were under the threat of rain. but we did film the side yard planting. Soon after down in falls came the rains! JIT planting :)

the auger sure makes planting easier, we are using an auger ti plant our trees.

sure does we have a hardpack a few inches below which is about 3' of packed clay that makes it a challange for our auger to break thru, we found that instead of using downward pressure to bust thru, its easier to move the auger in a circle motion, this helps shave the hard pack until it gets thru.
