In this video I want to show you how you can use a few tricks to arrange your Hi-Tech synth sounds for a detailed & well produced sounding production. I go over a few methods and at the end of the video I'll show you a part of the example project where all of these tricks are used. While this tutorial is for hi-tech psytrance for any other subgenre you can also apply these techniques!

Projektor is an alias I started around august 2019. Under this alias I started posting psytrance music with a clear emphasis on theming and a more progressive or mainstream style than other producers. The goal of the Projektor alias is to release memorable music which works well on the dancefloor. Around january 2020 I started posting tutorials and other helpful videos on youtube again under the Projektor alias. Together with these videos I started selling several products which can be used to improve your productions. I have always believed music production knowledge should be shared and that is now one of my main goals with the Projektor alias. Currently Projektor is the only alias under which I release music, videos or products but this might change in the future!

This is exactly what i was looking for, you explained it really well
Really good job, keep up the great work
Thanks man, glad it helped!
Really nice tutorial man. Your sounds are great and i like your clear concise explanation of rhythm correlation. Seems to be a key thing Ive been missing. And need to dive into the randomization and cutting ALOT more.
Glad it was helpful! I have a tutorial for that kind of sound design too on my channel. .
thanks!
nice one, i'm struggeling exactly with this. thanks a lot
Glad it helped!
You should really try Autogrid by Altar of Wisdom bro. It saves a lot of time
Link?
Awesome Video dude! Just wanted to add that sometimes repeating phrases that emphasize the downbeat can be repeated on the offbeat. That way it brings the familiarity of the repeating phrase but recontextualized it rhythmically, giving your track a more "polymetric feel". This works especially well with phrases in dotted rhytyhms
Thanks man! I'll try that for sure!
COOOOOOL " thank you ° - *
you're welcome!
Please more 🙏
Will do!
for sure more Hitech would be nice :)
Will do!
🥳🤘🙏👽
How did you get your ableton to look like that? its so clean!
it's a skin called ARFAL Dark+
Sound designing and bars are madd , but kick would be more punchy
Yeah I'm not yet 100% happy with it either
Don't you find it very confusing to have all tracks in yellow? I usually remember sounds by colors
No I like the individual colors. I've had a few projects from my laptop that were just colored randomly and unorganized and I've found that it leads to a more messy workflow and thus production. Recently I talked a bit more about my organizational practices which you can find here: ruclips.net/video/ue41k7VJhrs/видео.html
