  • Is this the best looking Gibson on the channel so far?! I think so!
All sounds are the guitar into a J. Rockett Dude, Strymon El Capistan Tape Delay, a Silverface Princeton Reverb and an SM57 with zero post processing 🤘🏻

Yeh. These are great guitars. I am blessed to own a 1973 ES-355 and have really enjoyed it. When you plug one of these creatures into two amps, you will wonder why you ever bothered with mono guitars. And the Varitone makes them fab for playing variety music and Beatles/British Invasion stuff ...

Absolutely! Playing in mono live is normal and understandable, but playing in stereo is SO fun. Some people hate on the Varitone, but I dig it!

But really how? Did you explain how you did that?

It uses a stereo cable from the factory to send one pickup to each amp - I labeled which side is which pickup in the video. I used a TRS (stereo) 1/4” cable and split it out using the El Capistan delay pedal to each amp!
