sir, when I enter the symbols section on my 3d panel drawing screen, no objects and materials are visible. It is empty, what is the reason please explain
Please make sure to install the example 3D Panel environment: ige-xao-delivery.j-doc.com/s/nWiC7QfigXy89bq/download Then check in the settings that the symbol path points to the public documents folder where the symbols have now been added.
@@IGEXAOUK First of all, thank you for your interest. But I still couldn't solve the problem. All of the relevant folders seem to exist, but the 3d symbols are still not visible in the program. @ABB.3DModels, @Allen-Bradley.3DModels ... etc these files appear as blank screen in the program, I cannot select them.
@@erseayd OK couple of things to check. The environment link I sent was for 3D Panel V2R2 symbols. Get back to me if you have the older V2R1 since there are new features that mean the symbols won't be visible in the older version. Next, check in the symbols folder that each 3D catalogue has both a folder @Manufacturer.3DModels (containing the model files) and an index file called @Manufacturer.ses3d. If there's still no joy, ping us on uk@ige-xao.com, thanks.
