I'll tell ya. The purpose of these exercises is to strengthen our Navy. Or would you suggest that we do nothing and let the Chinese vessels bully our people. Remember we have tried resolving this issue several times through diplomatically. The rulings has gone to our favor and yet China rejects those rulings and remains on bullying us. This is an action response to an action done by China. Might I ask what better option do we have but strengthen our military. If you suggest diplomatic talks, I'd say just keep it to yourself because like I said .... IT DON'T WORK!
