@MrLowAltitude Und das ist auch falsch , der S1 Pikes Peak ist mit 598 PS angegeben , alles andere ist reine spekulation .

@Nordlicht05 No the spectators are dangerous , check Vids. from Italy , Portugal and Spain . If you stand on the road in front of the car of course it´s dangerous , if you keep a savety distance there is no problem . It allways the spectators who make problems
One is an A2 and other is an S1? Which is which and whats the difference? Can anyone explain? Before my time but i think they are immense.

does anyone actually know how much bhp the s1 was actually running i know they sat it was around 600bhp but i read and heard they had 720 which would probably make their 0 - 60 time in around 3 seconds.AND THATS IN THE 80s they could do that.

Mehr Auslauf hätten die schon gebraucht, die Strecken waren einfach zu kurz.
Trotzdem sollte auch ein altes Auto etwas bewegt werden. Von nur rumstehen werden die auch net besser.
Vielleicht gibts in Zukunft mehr solcher Veranstaltungen (mit mehr Platz) von Audi.
Jedenfalls kommt kein Auto bis Dato an diesen Sound heran. Geil!

@MrLowAltitude Das ist unsinn ! Gerade das wollte man verhindern um den Turbo beim Schalten nicht unnötig abzubremsen .

@Lucas911turbo Du irrst dich sehr , gerade die großen Turbos im Sport Quattro und im S1 haben ein gewaltiges Turboloch . Wenn du aus dem Leerlauf mit Vollgas beschleunigst passiert bis ca. 4200 U/Min absolut nichts . Das ist der Grund warum man so ein Auto auch fahren können muß , der Trick ist den Motor erst garnicht unter diese Drehzahl fallen zu lassen . Richtig schnell bewegen konnten diese fahrzeuge nur eine Handvoll Fahrer.

Audi hat den 5 Zylinder gebaut um den geiern von Mercedes und BMW zu zeigen das ein 5 Zylinder läuft. Und dieser Motor hat es auf den Rallyepisten und Rennstrecken der Welt windeutig bewiesen. Will mit selber nen alten 90er mit 5 Zylinder zulegen. VORSPRUNG DURCH TECHNIK-AUDI!!!!!!

Des war mal mit Abstand der schlechteste Schaulauf den Audi jemals veranstaltet hat und des in unserm heiligen allmächtigen oberbayerischen Ingolstadt. Solche Rennboliden auf so nem Miniparkplatz fahren zu lassen is ne Schande. Rennautos brauchen Platz zum fahren! Hoffentlich wird des in Zukunft wieder besser - Donauring 4ever
