I’ve been doing it for years and I’m a big girl. You get flexible by doing it more and more. I also do Yoga so that helps.
if you cannot reach your toes, you need to stop living a sedentary lifestyle. It's a sign of poor lower back muscles which causes back pain.

There are gel polish removers besides drills. She's being honest about the way things are especially if you walk barefoot alot no matter how often you do pedicures.

Good technique for the callouses! Very gentle. I haven't seen those scrapers used in the U.S. I like this method a lot more than sharp tools!

Wow! I never knew there was another way to remove dead skin. Here I am still soaking and using a metal scraper and pumas stone😊😅

I have watched so many pedicure videos on here because I love to treat my girlfriend to a nice relaxing pedicure every two weeks and like to learn new techniques. This by far the best and most informative one I have seen yet. I am only confident enough to paint her toenails and massage her feet with coconut oil so far as the thought of cutting her cuticles scares me just incase I hurt her. I trim her toenails to exactly the same length as yours and shape them squoval. I didn't know that hard skin tonic product even existed so I will definitely get some of that but after seeing what came off of your feet on that scraper I think thats a job for her! Lmao ... Hope you post more videos like this. You are awesome.

This is amazing!! 😍 where can i get the elim products from? My heels are incredibly dry and no heel cream seens so work! I have even done a peeling foot mask and it left my feet smooth for only a day or so 🥺 xx
1:29 nail polish is almost completely removed from big toenail using a hand file. 1:33 nail polish reappears on big toenail after switching to an e-file to do second toenail. LOL I don't know how that happened but it was funny. You did a beautiful job on your pedicure. I get a callus on my big toe in the same place as yours, btw.
The nail polish that appeared on the big toe was the dust from filing with the e-file covering the big toe nail.

Thanks I LOVED this! I’ve been critically ill & it’s impossible to keep up with my feet! I’ve never seen this system (tonic, toner, cream brand etc that you used over here in the USA. Could You please recommend some good toenail clippers. My toenails have gotten thicker and I need some good ones. Plus I use toenail clippers on my fingernails and the ones I got off amazon are so dull and don’t even cut my fingernails. If so appreciate recommendations ❤

Hi, what did you wipe your toe nails with just before putting on the toe separator?

Went to the Elim website and one is not able to purchase unless you have or work at a salon/spa. The best thing about this video was the removal of the skin and it’s supposed to be how one can do a at home pedicure so maybe use products everyone can buy

It’s not nail polish it’s gel, you have to use a nail file lovely that’s the removal process ❤😊
