  • Ingredients: soybeans 150g, sour kimchi 350g, algae 5, onion 1, dried anchovies 5, spring onions 1
    1. Soybeans 150g
    2. Soak soybeans in cold water overnight
    3. The soybeans are now soaked with water overnight
    4. Sour Kimchi 350g
    5. Cut it into small pieces
    6. Bring 650ml of water to the boil
    7. Spring onions 1
    8.Algae 5
    9. Dried anchovies 5 (without gut)
    10. Cook covered
    11. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat (approx. 30min)
    12. Let the broth cool down
    13. Soybeans soaked in water
    14. Add the broth (300ml)
    15. Puree
    16. Medium heat / pureed soybeans
    17.Add sour kimchi (350g)
    18. Depending on your needs, you can add a little more kimchi juice or chili powder
    19. Add the remaining broth
    20. Cook for about 12-15 minutes without a lid
    21. Stir well / salted shrimp or season with salt
