This car is Ageless, still looks amazing today, and there are so many on the road because they run forever, I would totally buy one I've seen them for like 2500, Acura doesn't make cars like this anymore, and I may be wrong but the transmission didn't suffer the same fate as the TL automatic transmission
Today a 2006 TSX auto with 160K miles goes for minimum 6.5K and these needs roughly $2-3K work….. At this point I’d suggest highly to steer away from this incredible car
This guy is clueless. This car still looks good today, tasteful and elegant. I had the 2004 blue 6mt and it was awesome. The very best manual I've ever driven. Wish Acura still had cars like that. They seem to have really lost their soul especially with their removal of manual transmissions from their line up.
Buttery smooth 6spd manual box, the car really comes alive with it. This car performs more like a V6 at high RPM's with that Vtec kicking in. It does the 1/4mile very close to many V6's out there.
I have this car in UK as a honda accord. best car I've owned. eleventh year of ownership and only problem was a failed abs sensor, diagnosed with a paperclip. watch my video to see how.
Love my 05 MT which just hit 200k miles. Even with a few bolt on mods, I managed 15.1 @ 95mph and still runs like new. The car still looks as good as any other car out there today.
Keon Cooke Saab will kill you on parts but will be faster. A friend had a 9-5 aero and he fly past American v-8’s and very comfortable...but when they break they break big!
My daughter had a Saab 9-3 until an idiot ran a red light and t-bone her. Car was fast, I loved driving it. I replaced the radiator, and power steering pump. Radiator was cheap on RockAuto.com, the power steering pump was hard to find and ended up getting a decent used one from ebay. Car was fairly easy to work and was pretty reliable .

Transmission is great. My 2005 auto tsx has 163k and runs great. I do a transmission drain and refill once a year
Steve That’s awesome, I don’t think the styling is bland the a spec looks particularly nice I just think it looks clean

@@reklovjj LOL not all of them need work
@@keep_it_low_bro perhaps but to be fair 2-3K after 16 years and 160K miles with less than perfect maintenance it’s rather positive.

He also didnt review the styling of the a spec kit option. The a spec kit makes this car look even better
Still looks great 15 years later..
Had one in a 6MT. Sold it. In a WRX now. Love the new car, but man, this was such a buttery smooth car to drive!
i have an 06 with the 6 speed stick and I love everything about it
Love my 05' tsx. Very underrated car.
I JUST BOUGHT A 2004 WITH 89,000 MILES AND IN PRISTINE CONDITION. GREAT DAILY DRIVER!

Had this beauty for ten years...same color but automatic. Put 200k miles on her
Thanks for posting this, by the way! I've been curious if Motorweek did a video review of this car. It was nice to finally see.
The look isn't bland.
The look is sleek and better than most try-hard 2019 cars
the best decision ive made: buying an tsx
Awesome car just watch out for bad inner cv joints on them my second one and both had the same problem
Huss Ali how u know was bad
do you have a review for a 2004 TL?
Best decision was buying my 04 TSX🙏🏼
What do u guys think of the modern acura tsx? Or do u prefer the classic acura tsx look?
Classic 1st gen
@@Flowcap is the 1st generation the 2004 model car?
lucas Lucas yes; 1st gen was from 2004-2008
I prefer the 2004 - 2008 models
Mine doesnt have a screen and it's an 04
The last good accord
That can't be 2004 TSX if it has navigation system??
Acura has been putting navigation in cars since around 2000
Mpg??
this or Saab 9-3?

Tengo un carro de 30000 y lo compre en 4000
The RSX-S is faster
And the wheel fall out-ball joint failure🤣
You will have plenty of warning if your upper or lower ball joints are failing. Don’t keep driving on them.
