Well constructed video, this man runs a great business and I visit his stall in Southport most days as I am hooked at the moment on his prawns so fresh also. Have had his per cooked mackerel and have to say there is always a warm freindle atmosphere around his stall. He takes his time with his customers and offers advice all the time. He had a cooking demonstration in the market over the bank holiday that went down a storm.

Great video. I remember going scrimping as a young lad with my best friends uncle. He had a covered shrimper on Southport beach with a boiling pot and everything. We caught quite a few shrimps that day, along with some nasty sticklebacks too! Hope the stall goes really well. You deserve it!!

Colin - what happens to the little fish caught by accident? Do they die or are they thrown back in?
usually tossed back in unless they meet regulation size...
