I cut some timber once about 15 years ago that the forester said was on the job but it wasn't and I actually had to fight the guy and the bad part was he was a logger too and he went about 250 or 260 just like me so it wasn't a fun time for the 3 hours I waited on the forester to get there and straighten it out. That guy told me he was a good mind to just whip my ass so I said try it if you want to and he did try it. He thought I was stealing timber too but I wasn't. I was still cutting everything by hand then so I was fine in the fight, he could probably beat my ass now since I have a cutter. We actually ended up becoming friends after we duked it out. BTW .... I think I will move to MD and start logging... I don't even know what the word vacation or day off means!!!
