Im using honor x9a as my daily driver without any screen protectors and still no scratch at all. This is not a perfect phone because its a low mid ranger. But the positives overtakes its negatives,

I've had the phone for a few weeks and it's growing on me, except the cameras and coming from the P40 and Mate series I really miss it, but hopefully a software update should do the trick. we are waiting for magic ui 7 so maybe for this phone they might. for the adaptors, i think it is region dependant, in Europe where it is called Magic 5 lite, There is complaints of the charging adaptor being missing, yet in South Africa, I got charger cable, the brick, earphoness and USBC to 3.5mm adaptor as well.
I have honor x9a. But I'm having some issues like low volume when i using messenger calls. Then if I'm using Earbuds X3lite from honor i have problems using also. I can't hear it. And it take a minutes before it will connected. Sometimes
As a x9a 5g owner. The curved part is unresponsive sometime and irritating especially when ingame. This curved phone is not good for gaming. The camera is not that good.
The curve part is intended to be not responsive to prevent accidental touches lol .. I'm happy with their choice to not let us use the curve edges as touchpad.

For me besides the lack of dual speakers and 4k capabilities it is still a solid midrange phone.
The speaker is so bad that when gaming, most of the game sound super soft even with max volume.

I have this phone and I don't have any issues with this phone. I'm comfortable using this x9a. Even in gaming, no issues still smooth
