    *A quick note on spectatoring.
    People experience spectatoring in sex in a variety of ways. Some people get lost on their thoughts while they have sex, and other people completely dissociate. It's a spectrum. For the VAST MAJORITY of people, using the 10 techniques above will be more than enough to get you out of your head, into your body, and feeling amazing.
    Note: For some people, seeing a sex therapist or other mental health professional might be the best course of action. This can be a very healthy thing to do.     Be in the moment fully present .....don't be in a rush .....quality not quantity extremely important ......pranic breathing .....if you are distracted going in don't do it ....it won't be pleasurable or fulfilling in any sense of the word ...first for your partner let alone you

I practice some Qi Kung (mainly hard forms) and feel like I can connect to Qi in martial arts, however I'm struggling a bit to incorporate this understanding into my sexual practice, I can clench my root to draw the energy up into my body but it's really hit & miss for me (especially lying down) and despite breathing, eye contact and focusing on enjoyment/pleasure I still orgasm prematurely often... I barely even feel my orgasm! Maybe a suggestion for future video would be on the energy side of things, like where to place awareness or what to visualise? Many thanks 🙏💚👊

      Thanks brother. This whole content creation thing is a trip. When I stop making videos and make podcasts, people ask when the next video will come out. When I pause making podcasts and make videos, people ask about the podcast. :D
      I'm working on setting up some systems to be able to produce awesome stuff regularly. Right now though, my focus is mostly on making the upcoming Orgasmic Mastery course as awesome as it can be for the men who enroll.
      And yes, eventually there'll be more podcasts for sure!

    Great tips, I do most of them but I will try the breathing more often. Question.. why does the erection soften up when changing positions, let’s say from her riding you to you hitting it from behind? I used to be a lot closer to my wife, before our separation.. and now we’ve been back for the last 10 months and the sex went from 15-20 minutes to me cummin within a few minutes. I never had that issue! Maybe my anxieties and depression while we were separated might’ve caused it, there’s other factors I can think of.. she did end up seeing some in the short time we separated which caused me lots of self doubt about myself. Any advice I’d really appreciate it! 🙏🏽

      There are all kinds of reasons your erection might weaken while you change positions... most of them are probably psychological. But/and, it's not a problem. Lots of guys think their erections should be rock solid the entire time they make love, but this just isn't true in most cases. Porn gives us a false idea of what sex looks like (and 90+ percent of the men in porn take viagra before a shoot).

    What do ya do if ya don’t wanna be ejaculating for a bit? My balls ache after 5 days or so. How do ya deal with that, does it ease after a while or get worse? I can’t keep em in Ice water the whole month

      It takes practice - serious practice. And it's totally possible. I haven't ejaculated in 14 days, and I've had sex the past 3 days in a row. Zero blue balls over here. Feeling great, charged up and on point! C

Something that can create even more performance pressure and critical self talk is when a man's partner starts doing a bunch of research to help him when HE isn't ready to do the work yet.       @@taylorclarkjohnson Hmmm that's a good point. Thanks. As a founder he is very busy and works a lot so there is very little time for him to research these topics. His previous girlfriend just let him alone in this, saying "figure yourself out." And he felt very let down by that. He is already doing 1 on 1 coaching sessions (btw do you offer that?). I am very glad to support him in any way but yes I will ask him whether he is okay with me researching on my own :)

    I do breathing exercises but I am still watching porn. Trying to focus inward. I don't know if porn is a distraction to me or a focus. I will try to find out. What if you don't have a partner at the moment but want to train? How would you use the examples you give for a partner towards yourself? Lastly, it's hard for me to just focus on pleasure instead of orgasm. Maybe because I watch porn I'm assuming. I like your podcast yet I don't know how to leave a review which is something you ask us to do.

      Hey brother - thanks for sharing. Porn is definitely a distraction. In one sense, while you're watching it, you're very focused on the screen... but it IS a distraction from your body and the potential pleasure you could be experiencing everywhere. Porn also trains our brains to focus on orgasm instead of pleasure in the moment.
