    **NOTE:
    I actually don't recommend using advanced techniques like the microcosmic orbit when first learning ejaculation control... it's too subtle and most guys get discouraged because they can't feel it... Doing the techniques in this video will help you MUCH more than visualizing any kind of sexual energy movement in your system (at least in the beginning). Start with the body, and eventually, after you've gotten a good handle on the techniques here, THEN move into the more energetic practices.

    🔺 2. What negative thoughts, beliefs or stories (if any) do you have about yourself in relation to your sexual abilities?
    🔺 3. How do you feel about ejaculatory orgasms and ejaculation control in general? (Why?)
    🔺 4. What are THREE things you appreciate about your sexual abilities as they are right now?
    🔺 5. How are you already an awesome lover right now? (It's very important to find and celebrate at least one thing about yourself here).
    🔺 5. What kind of sex life & sexual performance you want to have? (Be specific and in-depth about your desires).
    🔺 6. THE BIG ONE:
    It's really important to have an idea/visualization of the sexual reality you want. So for the sake of creating that, please take the time to write out a full and ideal sexual interaction with another person as if you were experiencing it in real time:
    • Who are you with?
    • Describe the scene (location, lighting, smells, sounds, warmth, etc...)
    • Narrate what you're doing? (Specifically, from first kiss to the end)
    • How does the pleasure feel in your entire body?
    • How does your partner feel? Are they moaning? Do they seem happy?
    • Are you confident? Are you enjoying yourself? How does this feel?
    • When & how do you choose to ejaculate (if you do) with them?
    • What happens afterwards?
    • And what is the positive impact on your life of this interaction?
    • Finally, take a couple moments to feel how this scenario feels in your body right now to imagine. THAT FEELING is your anchor and new reference point.

    Hey there, I feel that the main issue I have at the moment is that when my glutes tense up it can be over for me, do you have any tips or insight in this? I understand the tensing of muscles is causing if ehaculation but apart form stretching do you have any other ideas on how to fix?

    @Taylor Johnson I have been using breath techniques you have spoken about and begun some of the self pleasure tips you've shared. I don't watch porn and have slow, connected, sensual sex with my lover. I have a problem with sensitivity and her feeling free to really move as she wants. When she starts this, my sensitivity hightens and I back off, taking her away from really feeling free. Things are improving. Techniques 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are all ones I employ. I am that guy you spoke about at the end of this video. I last but her wave does not flow as well as it could.
    What other tips can you give me to get past this barrier we are both working to get past?

      Without knowing more about your personal situation/lifestyle, it's not really possible to give a targeted recommendation of other tips. I'd just be saying one of the tips I've included in the playlist above or my free guide.
      The one thing I know for sure is that you definitely CAN move beyond this barrier. 100%. I've helped lots of guys do it, so I know it's possible. Sometimes even just knowing it's possible is helpful.

    If you promote nofap then why are you promoting sex and orgasm? If you're on nofap you're not allowed to have sex or just use a woman or man for orgasm. It's no different than doing it yourself. Its still fapping.
