- Hi guys! For this video, we tried prenatal couple yoga. We did some stretching, bonding, and pelvic floor exercises. Some of the poses were more difficult than they look, but still, it was a lot of fun and I wish we could do this more often together.

During my first pregnancy, I remember one moment when I looked down at my belly and freaked out because in that moment the realization hit me, "It's gotta come out of there somehow!!!" (어떻게????) It was a feeling beyond nerves and one I never experienced before in my life (not even when I was at the top of a scary roller coaster or my first open water drift dive )😬 Of course, I knew, in the abstract that the baby had to come out, but in that moment what lay ahead became so "real". (어떻게????) Of course it passed but to this day 13 years later, it is a clear memory of feeling of "똑바로" Straight ahead! no turning back! Wishing you a safe and healthy 3 trimester. Excited for you and am excited for you to introduce us to her. Also I am curious about any post partum cultural practices in you and your husband's cultures. IF so, what are they please?
Pelvic floor muscle exercises- also known as kegerator exercises are where you draw in your pelvic floor muscles like you’re trying to stop the flow of urine and then release. Cat cow is also another really good exercise to prepare for labor and delivery. You’re doing really well though. Pilates is excellent for pelvic floor strength. Hubby, you’re doing a good job supporting your wife. Keep up the great work you two. It’s definitely a team effort- labor, childbirth, and parenting.

😊 What a sweet video. It's good that you've been so well and able to keep fit and active during your pregnancy. And every body needs to keep doing their Kegels, especially after giving birth, or as you age in general. Kudos to hubby for being such a great yoga partner.

I can see the health benefits of this type of yoga for pregnancy. Even afterwards, some of these poses would be great. Childbirth is going to be so much easier for you.
