HIIT vs LISS... which is better cardio training? ➡ ruclips.net/video/gcbAMg1zXao/видео.html
Excellent job explaining the push targets muscles worked and detailing the exercises for them. I've watched the video twice and the pull day exercises weren't listed and I only heard you mention lats. 😅
perfect timing! I just switched my workout routine from bro split to leg, pull & push . I chose to try this because I was trying to fit 2 legs session in a week while still being able to train all other muscle groups individually + get at least 2 rest days. it felt almost impossible. I feel like I am able to spread my exercises throughout the week more efficiently with leg, pull & push. awesome vid!
What is bro split
@@dg9015did you not watch the video
@@frankandmike9805 yes sorry
Thanks so much for this creating this video and explaining it well
Love it bro 💪
Apparently that’s what I was doing I just didn’t know the terms, I just call it chest shoulders triceps day and
Back biceps and core day
And then legs
Thank you so much for this
No problem 😊
ty
Great video
Please list the pull exercises
You never mentioned excersises for pull ?
Seated cable row, lat pull down, front pull down, then some bicep excersises
For a natural which one do you recommend push pull legs or Arnold split with antagonist muscle groups for going to the gym 4 days per week?Thank you so much!!
In my opinion you should do one of them for 2-3 months, before doing the other and after that find something new. If you are set on going 4 times a week, upper lower split can keep the frequency up to twice per week. For PPL and Arnold split you need 6 days a week in the gym for sufficient frequency per muscle.
Facepulls and shrugs. Should i do them on my pull days? Rear delts Are part of the shoulder, and i usually did shrugs on my push days but im not sure what is best. Help please
When do you do lower back and abs?
I'm pretty sure abs is the one muscle group you can train everyday. If your doing core exercises that also targets your abs.
Is a side lateral raise classes as a push exercise?
Yes
Love how he skipped legs
😂
