i dont get how everyone else has these walmarts/target that are stocked so well with restocks. i live in jersey city and i feel like here and nyc are bone dry when it comes to cards
I definitely have to hit the store within a few hours of the restock or someone snags all the good stuff. If it's something really hot like One Piece or new sports sets, there is usually a few guys waiting for the restocker to finish organizing the shelf to get them.

Got 43 packs worth this weekend from 3 pack blisters and tins. and pulled like 6 sir, 2 gold and a bunch of other pulls. First time buying
The starter promos in the poster box can absolutely have swirls. Can even be the old cosmo foil or new HD pattern.
