i gotta be honest. you violated the guys rights in the black suv. you had no right to detain him.
He had a right to detain him.
They were called to a possible selling of firearms in a gas station. The original caller identified him as the original suspect that he saw.
That instantly, gives reasonable articulation suspicious (RAS) that the male in a black SUV might be armed.
As he (the BM) observed the cop notice him he ran towards his vehicle. Once the sheriff attempted to approach, he pulled out of the gas station, which increases the original RAS to now heightened.
Not to mention, that he drove over the grass and never stopped pulling out of the gas station.
Upon approach of a tinted window, they asked to have all windows put down, to which he denied.
Therefore they can remove him from the car, detain him for safety and even give him an outer frisk / pat down do to the heightened RAS.
Hes not under arrest at that time, just detained for safety and to figure out the situation.

also. you are under no obligation to roll any windows down.
this is an overreach of authority, though i will concede, in this instance it ended up being justified(?)
also illegal tint is not grounds for being detained. it is a citatation.
had the guy maintained his right to silence, the officer would have had no RAS. being suspicious is not RAS and if you argue that i hope youre not actually in law enforcement. RESPECTFULLY.

Red headlights (illegal). Dark window tint (illegal). PC for a stop. During a traffic stop, you are detained. If the subject does not roll down his windows, officer safety reasons can be articulated to pull him out of the vehicle. Additionally, a patdown would be reasonable because the deputy can articulate that the subject has baggy clothing and may be armed.
Yall need to check out officer Hudson his police vids are realistic I'm not saying don't watch this guy
