How fast in mph does it go?
Just rode it this morning. Absolutely fantastic ride. No POV will ever truly do it justice but yours is one of the best. It’s like a much more fun Space Mountain with bits of other coasters thrown in.
I rode it this morning as well it was amazing! Definitely my favorite Disney ride.

Tears of Fears, space, and roller coaster all at the same time what an absolute masterpiece!

The little references to old EPCOT rides and the Turkey Legs were wonderful additions.
This is a combination of all things I love. Rollercoaster, space, guardians, and good music to go along
It's like Space Mountain meets the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.

I like how it all feels new and yet at the same time the ride's queue has a design that makes it fit right it with Epcot and its existing rides. Epcot has been in need of a modern signature coaster like this for a long time!!!!! Bet Epcot will be a lot busier for awhile once this is fully available to the public!!!! Wish I got to ride it when I was there last week!!!!

As a person that’s terrified of roller coasters, this is my favorite roller coaster that I’ve ever been on. Between the spins and sudden drops it’s so much fun (the music is also comforting aswell)
I am truly afraid of coasters. I can handle the Seven Dwarfs one at Magic Kingdom and I did Space Mountain once. We're going back soon, and I REALLY want to enjoy this with my daughters. Are there STEEP drops? The darkness and not being able to see anything is stressing me out!
@@AishaMilburn nope not a single one. there is a part where it feels like there is but it’s not a drop. pretty easy ride in terms of speed and getting thrown around but it’s really fun and intense

There used to be a star trek experience that did the same thing. The trick is that they pull the walls of the first room up into the ceiling!

I love how this ride harkens back to Walt’s original vision of Epcot, to learn about the world while also having fun. Although I don’t think Walt would be happy the way Disney turned out. This place would have put a smile on his face
Walt's original vision for EPCOT was not an amusement park. It was a city.
That’s actually dope af how they play different famous 80’s pop hits during the ride. By far the best ride experiences ever

In Order of Best Fit For the Ride
1. Disco Inferno (Burn Baby Burn) by The Trammps 🕺 This song is from the 70s, and it's a groovy and hilarious choice for the ride which is very on brand for the Guardians franchise. The lyrics are a word play tying into the theme of the big bang, and the energy is high! This is the kind of song they would've used if this was a scene in a Guardians movie.
2. One Way or Another by Blondie 🏃♀️Fastest song on the ride!! I love that the speed of this song matches the high speed of the coaster. And the lyrics match the theme the closest because the Guardians are trying to get the get the cosmic generator back.
3. Conga by Gloria Estefan💃Okay, hear me out! This is the funniest song on the ride just because of how unexpected it is! I laughed my butt off when I heard the horn intro blare through the speakers 😂 The humor alone is very on brand for the franchise and is why this song deserves to be above the next 3.
4. September by Earth, Wind & Fire 🔥 Okay, this song is the banger of all bangers. It's super upbeat, it's a 70's staple and everyone loves it. It's on the second half of the list because the theming doesn't match all that much, but who cares when you can vibe out and sing along to every word?! 🙌
5. Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears - This song is an 80s classic and it's a vibe! There are some connections to the theming of the ride, but the energy is way too low and doesn't match the intensity of the coaster.
6. I Ran by A Flock of Seagulls - I'm sure there will be a lot of guests who appreciate hearing this song come on, but I felt that the energy and theming were not a good match for the ride.

Huh?? What rides gave you reason to worry? From Avatar to Cars Land to Rise of the Resistance, all of their recent rides have been amazing
@@MrRobarino Webslingers and Mickey Mouse’s Runaway Railway are the latest two rides to hit Disney Parks and have both been panned by critics and park attendees alike. The rides you mentioned came out in 2017, 2012 and 2019 respectively. When I say ‘lately’ I mean the last few years, which I’m sure you can agree haven’t been great for the parks and I ain’t talking COVID. Also I think most theme park fanatics like myself, look at all parks and draw comparisons, looking at Universals additions and other independent American and EU parks, Disney hasn’t hit the nail on the head as much as others of late. Ain’t even hating, just saying

Went on this ride for the cast member preview, and it was one of the best I've went on so far.

I've seen other POVs but was waiting for yours. The best quality like all your vids. I still feel this is in the wrong park but can't deny it looks like a fun attraction. Can't wait to ride it. Thanks 4K.

I think it doesn't feel right being at Epcot but theres no doubt Epcot needed it. Epcot has been dragging behind lately. Animal kingdom is the last one to get no updates in years. So after Epcot is fully done i would say theres enough draw to justify the cost however, magic Kingdom still holds the best value in my book. Love the 80s music in the ride though.

I LOVE how they got the MCU crew to reprise their roles just for a ride instead of getting their own actors….really gives it an authentic feel!! 😆😆😆👍👍❤️

@@TSoneonetwo I’m just really surprised they got the MCU crew for this…..they easily could have gotten their own actors,and like Peter Quil wouldn’t even have had to air take off his space mask,like how in the teaser he’s sleeping with his mask on!

But, having her act that way betrays the character and ruins the dynamic between her and Quill. goofball vs. deadpan being the precise dynamic ai am referring to. To ne it's just another instance of Disney can't help itself from trying to manufacture reactions vs. letting something achieve that by being what it was, and how good it was.
Rode for the 1st time yesterday and got this song also! This video is great but found out actually riding it is a different experience! This coaster defies expectations/what any other coaster is like. It is insane! Great addition to the parks for sure!
Rode this this morning and ngl , this has to be one of the best rides I’ve rode because of how they combined the spinning cart things with a slower rock n roller coaster type ride.

🟪Great thumbnail! Glad they let you film & I hope you went on again to just enjoy!! Heard people did multiple rides to absorb it, but (surprise, surprise) it suffered tech difficulties thru the day. So? I hope you and your terran like it. What was the one part that made it awesome/no great? It's all purple, so I love the building, period. LOL. Unlike Ratatouille and Tron, this isn't a clone, so I'm super excited to ride this! Thx 💜💜
We did enjoy it a lot! The entire experience was so much fun, and the ride itself was awesome. I will forever believe it doesn’t belong at Epcot but the attraction itself is extremely well done all around. My favorite part was probably the beginning of the ride during the reverse launch. The worst part is that the queue is pretty short. Having to wait a lot in the sun outside for a large amount of time (assuming the wait time is insane) sucks. Thank you so much as always Liz 😃

Just came back from Disneyworld 2 weeks ago and this ride was amazing. I went on it twice. The first time I also got the Tears for Fears song and the next time I got Blonde's "One Way or Another". The whole experience was a blast. I hope to go back again one day soon.

It was really cool, but basicly just a Space Mountain meets Rock N Roller. OH and they took the idea from Crush's Coaster Ride - Disneyland Paris which was also a very fun ride. As soon as I rode Gardians I remember the Crush ride in Disney Paris.

Just wished that Epcot put some shaded sitting areas outside, or shaded walking paths. Sad to see all the people crumbled beside the structure looking for some.

Disneyland Paris is right next door to my home but I do wish Disneyworld was just a little bit closer. Visited Disneyworld in January but a lot was closed or under construction. :(

Such a long time before you even get to the ride! But I guess that’s better than staring at nothing while you’re in a long line lol. The ride looks really awesome though! Hopefully we’ll get to ride it in January.

I will say, I wasn't expecting this attraction to open up to "annual passholders" this early. At the same time, I ain't disappointed with the overall experience.😊👍 After all, GOTG is one of my best franchises and to see a few videos based on this attraction, I'm pretty impressed.😄 And after experiencing "GOTG - Mission: BREAKOUT!" back at DCA (last time rode: October 30th, 2019, always have a blast on that ride), I might actually want to visit WDW sometime in the future.

This is the New Ride
Rode it twice over the weekend, first time I got Disco Inferno but second time we got September and everyone was singing it and having a blast. Everyone should ride this at least once in their life, even if they’re not a guardians fan

Man seeing comments saying it’s like space mountain concerns me cause of the only two times I’ve ridden it I never liked it. I feel like the addition to the music playing in the background while you ride might make it better for me. Hearing the audio cut out from the wind from how fast the ride goes made me 😳😅
As someone from Ohio who grew up with cedar point, I genuinely envy the amount of immersion and pre-show elements at these parks. We go high and fast here 😂
