I was on this a few days ago and honestly the video doesn’t do the justice of the fast past and smoothly banked turns throughout the ride while the car rotates, definitely my new favorite ride at Disney

I just did it today, definitely the best ride in Epcot but idk if it’s the best in Disney just because every ride is so different like how do you compare this and rise of the resistance, you know?
This is one of those rides that you watching a POV on RUclips won't give it justice. The sensations you feel in this ride are really unique even though you might think it's not.
100% agree. I watched the video but it was way more/different than I was ready for! It was almost too much, even. I could tell when we first went into the backward launching room, as the cars spun I was like uh oh what have we done.

Yeah, it’s something you can only feel there, nowhere else in the world. Amazing ride.
This is the most fun ride I’ve ever been on, it felt like a mix of a virtual room, real roller coaster and a teacup ride. The classic rock really added to it, I got Conga when I rode it.
It looks like a combo of space mountain & the rockin roller coaster lol

I got to experience this ride last week. Honestly aside from having to deal with the crappy virtual queue and lightning lane, this ride was a pretty fun blast.
You see I didn’t a give a 🔥 ROCKS 🔥 about the line, the ride was fabulous
I actually liked the virtual queue because you only had to wait like ten minutes
Same here I scheduled early but it was closed and they said come at any other time and it would work but it didn’t so we had reset and it was a very long process which was horrible

Without a doubt, this is THE coolest ride I have ever been on- and, quite possibly will EVER go on- in my life.
This is my #1 favorite ride in all if Disney World. It beats its terror tower drop other by a long-shot for me. The visuals were just…stunning. Its like a modern day space mountain. Brilliant work. I wish I could’ve rode it twice.
Warning for sensitive newcomers: IT DOES SPIN.
It feels more like drifting than spinning tbh. I don't think it is too bad for motion sick prone riders like myself.
This ride is such a unique one ofa kind ride , When you go to epcot u can't miss it. Even if ur not the biggest roller coaster fan this ride is a really soft ride, its fast but really gentle. It is a once in alifetime experience and u don't wanna miss it !
Absolutely, hands down the best ride I've ever been on!! I got to ride it 4 times (got a different song each time) and I just couldn't get enough of it. The sensation of it is indescribable!

ITS THE BESTTT!! it is sooo smooth and its like a huge party 😭 i miss it sm!!! and honestly the virtual queue way worked really well bc we had to get up really early everytime to get in the queue so i believe we deserved to get the chance to ride it FIVE TIMESS! i absolutely love marvel and disney and this ride just gives me so many chills and such nostalgia

Hearing that intense music as you go up the ramp into the boarding area is so adrenaline pumping
I actually went om this ride a few days ago and let me tell you, this is one of my favorite rides at Disneyworld! They did a really good job on this ride 👏
I really want to go on this ride! It looks like so much fun even if I can’t see it’s full potential on the video. As soon as I heard it was a ride coming like a year or so ago, I started begging my parents to go 😅

it's now the longest indoor-roller coaster in the world.
Till the opening of the Guardians...., the longest indoor-roller coaster
in the world was the 34 years old (!!!) Crazy-Bats Roller-coaster (aka
Temple of the night hawk) - better known as "Space-Center" (the first
name since it's operation) at the Amusementpark "Phantasialand" here
in Germany.
That ride was build in 1988 into a giant building that also included the
Water Darkride "Hollywood Tour" which is now finaly closed.
I literally left Disney the day before this ride opened, which was sort of a blessing considering we avoided the crowds
I am like the biggest fan of the Guardians and I was so cool to understand every little detail all the way through! It was so fun and silly. It was also SO SMOOTH! Definitely on my list of favorites!

It goes really fast and if you have a bag then make sure to hold it somehow because it will fall off if you don’t hold it

I was amazed that I managed to ride this twice the day I went to Epcot, sadly we got the same song both times but it was truly the best experience at Disney.

It feels like the preshow is longer than the ride… weird
That's common with a lot of more recent attractions...
Listen, Ellen's was like 45 minutes total with 35 of it being ride so I don't mind at all 😂
It's a roller coaster, so that's always gonna be the case.

This is absolutely my favorite ride ever! Been on so many roller coasters but nothing lole this technology and experience! I loved it! The roller coaster has 6 different songs, so each coaster plays one random song out of the six. What a ride! I could ride this 10x a day

I got to experience this ride a couple days before opened to the public and it was so amazing!!
I just got back from Florida and this was my favorite ride at any of the parks. I love GOTG, the screens combined with the movement of the cars makes it feel like you’re really flying around in space. It was also perfect for someone like me who can be a bit nervous about coasters. The launch backwards does not feel bad at all, but the entire experience was thrilling without feeling like too much. The virtual queue also made it so that the wait was super short!

Total coward here - won't ride everest. Will ride space mountain, big thunder etc. Have ridden rock n roller and TOT. Managed to get on this thing twice - definitely pushing it for what I'm comfortable riding, but it's a FANTASTIC ride. For me anyway I'd say it was a bit more intense than rock n roller coaster, despite not having inversions. The turning of the car REALLY changes the way the ride feels - can't wait to see a lights on POV so we can actually see what it is it's doing. Was in the back car both times and absolutely had a BLAST. Great, great, great ride.
For my fellow cowards, it's definitely more intense than space mountain by a good amount. The dips feel large because of the way the car turns, but there are no big drops, no inversions, and while the backwards launch is intense (it also ends in a big banked turn which is pretty amazing) even my cowardly self was ok. Each time I was like 'woah this is too much' it backed off just the right amount.
Really really well done ride.

I hate roller coaster. But I went for it anyway. This is the most spectacular ride I've been on. I was so scared but had no option to turned back. I started singing and screaming the whole ride. It was amazing!! I got this music as well...This is the best video review I could find!
Just ride this today. We bought the lighting lane then waited in virtual queue for a double whammy. This is by far my new favorite Disney ride

I went on this ride before it opened. I’ve been on a bajillion roller coasters, and honestly, this may be my favorite (which is hilarious because I don’t know a dang thing about Guardians of the Galaxy🤣). This or Space Mountain-I can’t decide which is my favorite roller coaster.
My favorite thing about this ride is the music! It gives off Rockin Roller Coaster (at Hollywood Studios) vibes. This ride was totally awesome!

this ride was absolutely AMAZING to ride it was so smoooooth makes tou actually feel like you’re flying through space and around planets, but mannn i don’t know if i like this more than the guardians breakout ride in california adventure 🤔🤔🤔 they’re both amazing dont get me wrong but i feel like mission breakout had a lot more thrill and a way better queue line but hey thats just me! what about y’all

went on cosmic rewind the other night and the ride stopped just before the carts launched backwards. we sat in total darkness for about 2-3 minutes then the ride continued. such a cool experience when it stopped when it did. 15/10 my all time favorite ride

This ride exceeded all expectations. I was sauntering i’m ready for another run of the mill roller coaster then all of a sudden we were going backwards and 80s music was playing

I’ve been on the ride and the day I went it was raining so hard and I think the ride broke down cause we had to wait 2 hours ( this was the actual wait time im not exaggerating) but it was worth it. My favorite part was right after you start going backwards at the start, it was amazing
But the most memorable was when you go around the moon, they said to put my bag down on the floor but thank god I kept my feet on top of it like a cage cause it almost fell off during the moon part
Probably didn’t break down just long wait times. I had to wait for an hour and a half for Avatar a couple years after it opened

Best ride I've ever been on hands down
I rode this two days ago! Virtual queue and lightning lane were frustrating, but apart from that, this has to be the best ride at Disney in my opinion! We got “Everbody Wants to Rule the World” on mine 😉 we were screaming and laughing the whole time. A few good weightless drop moments and the visuals were stunning. Such an innovative ride!

@bubblytea4220 thanks, I knew I wasn't the only one to hate the virtual queue. The only open times are 7, and 1. There sold out at 7 most of the time, and good at 1, but you have to have the reservation for epcot, not another park.....
Got to listen to everybody rules the world while riding this n it is as so damn fun the song paired w the ride made it an A+ experience for me

My family somehow made us to get the lightning lane and all of us agree that it was the greatest ride.
This just adds to the many reasons I won’t be back to any Disney parks.
