LMFAO i had to laugh at the clip in the beginning because i, too, went through a breakup back in mid june. That lying to myself phase is literally manipulative asf to MYSELF 🤣. Also, I met Tammy back in NYC at my job last year and I couldn’t think of a better SOUL for you to have near you during this time. Especially since she’s documented her own healing and growth journey on her page. Everything truly happens for a reason!!!!

Through healing process, you need to embrace all the emotions, never run from them. You gonna have good days, bad days, but in time, this is how you will be fine. Healing process requires patience. My serious relationship before took me exactly 2 months to heal .. 1st month was raw .. 2nd month slowly faded and by 3rd month i was fully OVER it lol. I was surprised the day came but 1 fact... FEELINGS FADE 🎉 now i look back as an experience and feel SO blessed i got over IT VS some who take longer time... Mourning too much is overall a waste of time. Plus your ex was NOT cute and no parents so dont linger too much... Find yourself a way better guy 🥂
