Some people are so strong willed and determined they can achieve anthing they desire. You have to believe in yourself and certainly Donald Gray achieved that. Special Achievement Award for him. ❤
Network DVD are releasing HD transfers of the Danziger series in June, including 'Saber of London' - 36 episodes in their first volume, Blu-Ray and DVD versions.
Having seen a previous episode, I know now to wait until the end for the title. This one is Under Suspicion, series 6 episode 19, from Sept. 1961. Love the guy trying to pimp out his own daughter!
Nancy played by Jean Aubrey (1932-2008) looked like a forgotten actress, she was an attractive lady, long shall her beauty and femininity live forever.
They kept on repeating the same shots of Bob’s car pulling up outside Saber’s office in Westminster, also why wouldn’t the police investigate their own staff, rather than going to a private eye, seemed to myself that the police weren’t in control in London.
@@jonathankay8079 I don't think so.. I remember in 1979 The UK started piercing cheeks, called the punks They interviewed a guy with a pierced ear, and cheek And had a chain between the two A few years later, came the green & purple hair

Lovely Police Wolseley. Sabre has a nice Porsche. And he shoots tyres out on a Vauxhall.
Love the cars & the clean streets
old shows are so very cool indeed!
His secretary is a natural beauty with some elegance mixed in :D

Well a 356 Porsche Cabriolet...how does a man missing his left arm shift? The associate in the passenger seat? Clever those Brits!
I saw him reach over to the gear shift on the left with his right hand. Very capable, didn't let anything stop him, a war survivor
@@harrietweber2520 I know a guy here, who lost right arm in Vietnam
He drives everywhere
I told him about this show

@@ausbrum For such a great show.
I notice, B&W from the early 60s, is clearer than the 50s

@@Kidraver555 This was a year ago and I don’t remember it. Are you quoting some lines?
Why didn't the video start at the beginning with Mark saber saying this is London?
It's on the part one as it's split in 2 videos.

the mystery of TV?
@@thekookstersvault9815I think so, too lazy to go out and do some more location filming.

I have to wonder, when the guy helps the other guy in the car.He opens the door for him! Ha! Ha! 😂
Something about the film makes everyone's teeth look weird, although, being set in England, maybe it wasn't the film.
Rude

Great! Do you have anymore 'Saber'?

@mike Johnson. They are the Household Cavalry a mounted regiment of the British Army

Saber's assistant is a terrible actor. Can't watch.
vintage tv show at good and bad...
Great actor - Robert Arden. Good enough for Orson Welles who chose him as lead in one of his films. Fancy that.
Even the titles are tacky!
Opinions are like a-holes -- everyone's got one, but sometimes it's better to keep it to yourself!
So? What's that matter. They're just titles.
